We aim to provide an excellent service, but if something goes wrong we want to put it right. This procedure explains how to raise a complaint with Minix Mart LTD (Company No. 14845184), trading as Man with Van Hire.
How to complain

What happens next
We acknowledge complaints within two working days and aim to resolve them within ten working days, keeping you informed throughout.
If you're still unhappy
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, we will explain the next steps available to you.
