Our services

We provide man with van, removals, delivery and related services across the UK. A quote is an estimate based on the information you give us; the final price may change if the actual job differs materially.

Bookings & quotes

A booking is confirmed once we agree a date and you accept the quote. Please give accurate details of items, access, stairs and parking so we can price and plan correctly.

Pricing & payment

We quote each job individually and confirm the price before work begins. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. There are no hidden fees — any change to the agreed job will be discussed with you first.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Our responsibilities

We will carry out your move with reasonable care and skill, arrive as agreed, and handle your belongings carefully. Goods-in-transit and public liability insurance apply to every job (see our Insurance information).

Your responsibilities

Please ensure items are ready, declare fragile or high-value goods, arrange any necessary parking permits, and be available at both addresses. We cannot move hazardous or illegal items.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the terms of our goods-in-transit insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items packed by you, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
